In 1920 Francesco Paolo, a stubborn winemaker, decided, despite the difficulties of the time, to remain tied to the San Biagio district, with great dedication and care for his vineyards. Around 1950 the peasant struggles showed that many did not want to give in to the urban and industrial mirage… Antonio grows up as a scrupulous winegrower and merchant. Trust in the values of the family and the land gives the vines and grapes of San Biagio health and quality… Today, grown up with a long and important winemaking tradition, Paola and Laura represent the present and the future of the Del Casale Estate.
