The brand “Castello di Grillano” takes its name from the homonymous village two kilometers from Ovada, historic Monferrato town founded by the ancient Romans at the confluence of rivers Orba and Stura, 34 km from Alessandria and 20 minutes by motorway from the sea of
Genova of which it has followed the historical vicissitudes from the Marine Republic until the Risorgimento and the Unification of Italy.
